Want us to pull the plug on your Mancala profile? No problem. Go to the Profile tab within the game main menu and access the Delete Account menu, from here a button to trigger account deletion is available.

What we’ll erase

• Cloud saves and multiplayer stats

• Linked social or sign-in tokens

• Push-notification keys

• Analytics identifiers (we keep only the event counts, stripped of anything personal)

What we must keep

• Purchase receipts and anti-fraud logs, held for up to seven years by law

• Aggregated, fully anonymised metrics that can’t be tied back to you

Timeline

Once we confirm the request, your data is gone within 30 days. We’ll email you when it’s done. If you change your mind before deletion finishes, go to the same Delete Account menu and a button will be available to stop the process.
