To delete your Mancala Rivals account, sign into the game, open Settings, choose Delete account and confirm the request. If you cannot sign in, contact contact@ampersandgamestudios.com for help verifying account ownership and requesting deletion.

Facebook links and other login records
The in-game deletion request does not automatically erase PlayFab's publisher-level login records, including email, username, password and linked social accounts. Before requesting game-data deletion, you can add another recoverable sign-in method and unlink Facebook in Settings. For removal of publisher-level login records or a Facebook link you cannot access, contact contact@ampersandgamestudios.com. We verify account ownership and which accounts would be affected before removing these records, because a publisher account may also be used for other games.
What we must keep

Timeline
Your account is scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Before deletion finishes, sign back into the game and use the option to keep your account. If you requested deletion through support, contact us before the deletion completes to cancel the request.
