Ampersand Game Studios Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) publishes the Mythaka mobile application (the “Service”). This policy explains how the Service handles information.
Information Mythaka handles
Mythaka does not create user accounts and does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information. The Service contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking tools.
Game progress, achievements, preferences, and language settings are stored locally on your device. They are not sent to Ampersand Game Studios. Removing the Service or using its reset option may remove this locally stored information.
Platform services
Apple may process information when you download or update Mythaka through the App Store. Apple handles that information under its own privacy policy. Mythaka does not receive personal information from Apple about your use of the Service.
Support messages
If you contact us for support, we use the information you include only to respond to and resolve your request. Email is handled outside the Mythaka application.
Children’s privacy
Because Mythaka does not collect personal information, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if Mythaka’s information-handling practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
